TRANSPARENCY
Local councils in Spain are required by Law 19/2013 on "transparency, access to public information and good governance" to comply with the principle of transparency and by Law 1/2022 on "Transparency and Good Governance in the Valencian Community" to publish relevant information and to create a transparency portal.
The Town Hall should make public the documents listed below but does not publish them:
- All contracts
- The list of agreements signed
- Public subsidies and grants awarded
- Budgets
- Annual accounts
- The annual remuneration received by senior officials and senior managers
- Resolutions authorising or recognising compatibility affecting public employees
- Annual declarations of assets and activities of local representatives
- The statistical information necessary to assess the degree of compliance and quality of the public services within its competence

Het komt me nogal vreemd voor dat er klaarblijkelijk documenten zijn die om de één of andere manier niet worden gepubliceerd terwijl dat een wettelijke verplichting is.
ReplyDeleteWij burgers en stemgerechtigden voor de gemeentelijke verkiezingen kunnen toch invloed uitoefenen op degenen die hiervoor verantwoordelijk zijn?!
Watvoor politiek spelletje wordt hier gespeeld?
Dit is tevens een oproep om je te registreren bij de gemeente en gebruik te maken van je recht op inspraak.
Dat is voor iemand van mijn generatie, afkomstig uit een democratisch ingesteld land ( Nederland), toch volkomen normaal.
Laten we er met elkaar voor zorgen dat er minder of geen beslissingen over ons hoofd heen worden genomen die met name het reilen en zeilen op de Cumbre betreffen.
