• Official reopening expected date: October.
• The pizzeria (Premises 10-11B) is almost set up. Oven and equipment received.
• Body Vita shop (Premises 9B), everything almost ready.

• Nour barber's shop, confirmed. considered one of the best and most popular barber shops in Benitatxell.

• Cumbre del Sol Pre-owned Real estate agency, confirmed.

• Healthy restaurant (former Irish pub) awaiting receipt of the signed contract.
• Cafeteria awaiting receipt of the signed contract.
