InPost Lockers are 24/7 automated self-service kiosks for sending, collecting, or returning parcels. Users can manage everything via the InPost app or website without needing to print labels, simply scanning a QR code to unlock compartments.

Key Information & Usage

• Collecting Parcels: You will receive a code or QR code via email/app. Use this to unlock the locker at the specific location chosen.
• Sending/Returning Parcels: Use the InPost App or Quick Send website to book. You can drop off parcels at any locker without a printed label.
• Locker Access: Most lockers are available 24/7.
• Sizes & Weight: Maximum parcel weight is 15kg, with maximum dimensions of 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.
• Opening Remotely: If you are within 10 meters, you can use the InPost App to open the locker remotely.
