FREE SERVICE OFFERED BY THE COUNCIL EVERY THURSDAY

Through https://residus.poblenet.es, you can request the public company POBLENET to collect bulky waste from your home completely free of charge at any time of day, without having to wait.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to the page https://residus.poblenet.es

2. There you will find a calendar with two types of options. 

3. Remember, you can only request collections on the days indicated as still available. This can be easily seen by the ‘Reservar (book)’ button or the yellow colour. Clicking on the ‘book’ button will bring up the form to enter the details for collection. It is important that you are as clear and accurate as possible when entering your details. 

4. You must read and accept the terms of use for your registration to be considered.

5. Click on “Reserve”.

PLEASE REMEMBER

• Items must be placed outside the front door of the house, on the public road, the day before.

• In urban areas, from 11 p.m. (Wednesday) to 6 a.m. (Thursday).

• In residential areas and scattered settlements, from 8:00 p.m. (Wednesday) to 6:00 a.m. (Thursday).

• After making this request, you should receive confirmation of acceptance of your collection by our staff.
