• Who we are

One Voice for Cumbre (OVFC) is an exciting non profit cooperative venture run by volunteers of and for the people of Cumbre del Sol, committed to the sustainable development within the municipality of Benitachell.

OVFC prides itself on being a recognised partner of the Town Hall and VAPF since 2020.

• Aims and objectives

To represent the property owners of Cumbre del Sol made up villas, town houses and apartments totalling in excess of 3.300. There are 1.900 properties that are within Pueblos whose issues are dealt with via a President/Committee and an Administrator but the majority of areas that are not within a Pueblo are the responsibility of the Town Hall. This covers responsibilities such as roads, street lighting, general maintenance, rubbish collection, traffic management and all aspects of the infrastructure of Cumbre del Sol.

In recent years Town Hall administrations have not invested money and resources proportionate to the local and building taxes that have been paid by the property owners of Cumbre del Sol and also not met their responsibilities to represent all people in the Municipality equally. This gave rise to OVFC to join efforts to defend the interests of Cumbre del Sol.
