OVFC CODE OF ETHICS
INTRODUCTION
VALUES AND PRINCIPLES
OVFC members must share the same goals and values and principles. Everyone must be
willing to collaborate and show loyalty to OVFC in order to achieve the
proposed objectives with commitment, loyalty and a desire to improve our community.
2 . Solidarity
The participation, cooperation and joint effort
of all its members is essential. Companionship, generosity and empathy towards
others must be the basis of OVFC's daily activities.
3. Respect
Mutual respect among OVFC members is essential.
Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect and consideration,
avoiding prejudice and stereotypes, showing tolerance towards different
opinions and opposing views, provided that they are in the best interests of
OVFC.

Non-discrimination on the basis of gender,
beliefs, social status, religion, intellectual ability, and language skills is
promoted.
5. Accountability
All persons who are part of OVFC must be
accountable for the duties they freely assume as a result of their election as
members of the board or as collaborators.
6. Transparency/Honesty
All persons who are part of OVFC must comply
with the law in all circumstances, act in accordance with the objectives and
values of OVFC, ensuring transparency and not generating conflicts of interest
among members. Supporters should have a constructive and cooperative spirit focused on finding solutions.
7. Confidentiality
All members must
respect the confidentiality of internal deliberations.
