INVITATION TO "ESPACIO AMIGOS" MEETING ON 11 DECEMBER

 

Good morning, everyone! 

We would like to remind you of and invite you to our next meeting of Espacio Amigos in the El Puig building on December 11th from 10.30 till 12.30.

The main program is food for the soul. Fun games and interactions. Remember to bring some old clothes, hats, shawls etc. For our 'merry go round chair slot'

We will start with 15 minutes of bodywork. This time, a combination of taichi, chikung, and stretching.

There will be plenty of coffee, tea, and Christmas 🎄 goodies.

See you then for a pleasant and joyful morning, chatting with neighbors and seeing new faces.

It will be the last meeting of 2025.
