Extraordinary plenary session of Benitatxell Town Council on 7th November 2025

• Time: 1:00 p.m.
• Location: Town Council plenary hall
• Main items on the agenda:

• Approval of the 2024 general account
• Preparation and approval of the 2026 budget
• Amendment of the IBI tax ordinance
• Amendment of the rubbish tax ordinance

Once the items on the agenda have been approved, they will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante (DOP) and shall be made available to the public for a period of 15 days so that it may be examined and, where appropriate, any relevant complaints may be lodged by interested parties.

The regulations applicable to appeals against municipal ordinances are Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 7/1985, of 2 April, Regulating the Bases of Local Government.

We remind all interested parties that attendance at plenary sessions is open to the public.
