BUILDING AND URBANISATION NOISE BY-LAW

 

During the months of July and August, works capable of producing noise and vibration levels that may disturb the neighbourhood may ONLY be carried out during the following schedule:

📅 Monday to Friday: from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

🚫 Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays any activity is forbidden.

The use of machinery exceeding an average sound pressure level of 90 decibels (dB) measured at a distance of 5 metres is not authorised during the months of July and August for building and development works and construction work.
