request a Bizum

Banks with which you can activate Bizum
Can I
make a bizum to a person who does not have the service?
Of course you can. However, please note the following:
- If you send a bizum: the recipient will receive an SMS to register. If they do not do so within 48 hours, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
- If you request a bizum: the request will remain pending until it is registered. If you do not do so within seven days, it will be automatically cancelled.
Is there
a limit?
There are some limits regarding the number of transactions and amounts that can be sent with Bizum. However, within these limits, each institution can set its own limits.
What to
do if you send a Bizum to the wrong person
The quickest and most effective solution, which all banks recommend, is to contact the person to whom we have sent the Bizum by mistake, explain what has happened and with a bit of luck the person will return it to us immediately. If the recipient does not return the money, the last alternative is to initiate legal proceedings by filing a complaint for the crime of misappropriation.
